From Changemakers To Changepreneurs
Inquiry in the way out of an epidemic of epic proportions manifesting scarcity of worth

Setting the stage…
For me,"soul-crushing realities" are phenomena when people from a certain social group deny key elements of the full human experience, and navigate life in a state of neither being fully alive, nor being dead.
This refers to a spectrum of states— some stem from our individual circumstances, while others are imprints from our families or society as a whole. What unites them is that we cannot fully realize our purpose and potential, we cannot fully enjoy life, and consequently, we struggle with mental illnesses.
In the last two weeks, I've been contemplating about writing about these “soul-crushing realities" concerning a few such social groups. I was initially focusing on changemakers, entrepreneurs, and corporates as the groups most close to my own experiences, and I was then planning to continue with other groups.
For me, changemakers are any people who see things that could be better in the society at large, or in their own community, and are willing to step in and do something about it.
Entrepreneurs are the life force connecting people, capital, land and other resources, and overcoming risk and challenges to produce something meeting our needs, and worthy of our money and affection.
As I started writing about changemakers and entrepreneurs, I found myself torn between consolidating them into one article or dividing them. On one side, these are very different groups. On the other side, there was something important that kept pushing me to unite them. I already could feel that despite seemingly very different, both of these groups have something similar. They have always been at the forefront of society—thinking differently, seeing further, acting bolder, and bringing change and prosperity. However, I also felt that there was something more to it that I could not yet grasp.
After separating them and uniting them a few times, I surrendered and opted to "sleep on it." It's a practice I've long known— I employ when I am unsure about something complex, and it allows me to access my highest wisdom—my intuition—by introducing empty (of thinking) time before forming an opinion.
This time, I didn't need to resort to "sleeping on it," as I’ve learnt now how to access this same highest wisdom "on demand" through Systemic Constellations. Yesterday, while facilitating a Societal Systemic Constellation, I gained clarity on the cause of my confusion and I am now prepared to share my insights. I will write separately about these different social groups, however, now with the clear knowing of what caused the movement towards connecting them.
21st Century’s Changemakers
Social changemakers are the life force that brings attention to important aspects of our lives to provoke positive change for the greater good by influencing us to take notice, and inspiring us to find innovative solutions to wicked (complex social) challenges.
I have been fortunate to meet thousands of changemakers over the last ten years. I have been overwhelmed by the richness of their experience, the versatility of their skills and the toolsets at their disposal, as well as the depths of their souls and the warmth of their hearts. Altogether, it has been humbling, and I would forever be grateful to the people I’ve met on my journey.
During these years, however, something kept bothering me. I felt that many people were inspired by a desire to see a better, more humane world. What often united them was the disappointment, and sometimes even disgust, with the reality surrounding big money and big power. Over and over again, I would see them abdicating from the pursuit of money and power, and instead be drawn to environments that nurture love, compassion and healing, but not necessarily activation and impact. You could hear people saying that “power corrupts” and “money is evil”—two of the many limiting beliefs that have infiltrated this social group.
What’s Needed/ What’s Missing
Societal Systemic Constellation— March 20th, 2024
Yesterday, I facilitated first a smaller Systemic Constellation which created the conditions to see some first observations and define the elements of a larger Systemic Constellation. Among these first observations was that for Changemakers to embody their full power, they need to integrate both Purpose and Money. There were a few more insights there but I will leave them aside for now.
The main question which drove the second more encompassing constellation was: “what’s needed / what’s missing so that changemakers can realize their full potential and purpose into the world?”
The elements we had represented were: Money, Power, Love, People, the Earth, Entrepreneurship, as well as Changemakers and the Changemakers’ Shadow.
I always start Systemic Constellations first as blind. That completely switches off the mind and allows representatives to genuinely experience the energies at play. All the elements below took the places you see on the board within such a blind Systemic Constellation. That means that they were placed on the board and then moved in relationship to each other by the representatives by tuning into the field and without them knowing what the elements represented.
The dynamics which were experienced were as follows:
The initial move which led to this final state of the board was the reconnection of Changemakers to the Earth.
Once they did that, they could connect to and see What’s needed/ What’s missing and they were clearly drawn to that.
Out of that position, Changemakers felt a clear connection to People and Love but they could not fully experience or focus on that relationship because of their drive towards the element representing What’s needed/ What’s missing.
There was a clear connection of What’s needed/ What’s missing for Changemakers with Money and Entrepreneurship.
It also seemed that the Changemakers’ Shadow is related to Power. Changemakers felt that they were aware of the Shadow and that they have also healed, and today that’s not where their focus needs to be. The focus was clearly forward on the above group- Money and Entrepreneurship.
There was a sense of integration on the board— a sense that it all comes together when Changemakers reconnect to the Earth and integrate Entrepreneurship and Money, and Power, as well as the already existing connection to Love and People.
Final Reflections
I feel that disappointed by the scarcity of worth of power and money, changemakers got caught up in an epidemic of “powerless morality” manifesting scarcity of worth. The constellation offered a way out.
Everything we experienced reminded me of the word Changepreneurs. I’ve used that word a lot in the past and I’ve seen different interpretations of what that means, but I will offer now my own definition:
Changepreneurs are are a force of positive change in Society. They activate a sacred connection with the Earth and the rest of Humanity, and integrate Love and Power, and Money and Entrepreneurship, as vital life-affirming forces that facilitate the fulfillment of their purpose and manifest abundance.

I was trying to write a "smart comment" and clear it all up. Haha! I'll just say the question about the two elements of change and entrepreneurship and how they fit is alive for me.
I've often made the money a focus of my self-worth. As my self-worth is taking a little turn for the better these days, some ideas about money are looking more possible too. My intention is to not be concerned with the fruits of my actions.
I found it profound when realizing that as a representative of what’s needed, I felt camaraderie with the money element. I was glad it was standing behind me, backing me up. For me personally, as I identify with being a social changemaker, it was an important revelation since as of recent times money had become dirty to me, outdated, necessary to get rid off. No wonder, that I’ve been struggling to prosper and realize my full potential. I needed a shift in that frame of mind.
