Predicting the Future Is Overrated. Seeing What's Here Now Is Where the Magic Is.
The future is not a rigid plan or a mystic prediction. It is a living relationship.
People have always been fascinated by the idea of predicting the future, and fortune tellers have forever been part of humanity’s journey. Perhaps “knowing what will happen” gives us a false sense of security—or perhaps a false sense of advantage, offering the illusion of lead time to prepare.
What we often forget, however, is that our future has not yet happened. It’s shaped by what we do today. And more than that, it’s a function of who we are being today. And who we are being today is profoundly influenced by our level of awareness.
More often than not, we walk through life blind to what’s present now. We perceive the world not as it is, but through a kaleidoscope of lenses—tinted by our upbringing, shaped by societal narratives, and clouded by the subtle fog of perceptions, projections, and biases.
