Realizing Our True Potential Professionally From a State of Heightened Awareness

While many of us understand the importance of intuition, we often feel unsure about how to access it. As I wrote previously, we can not longer afford to think that. Heart Whispers on How to Tune Into Success in the New Paradigm

This past Sunday, as is often the case, everyone present at the Heart Whispers session seemed to bring a unique yet interconnected issue. If I were to generalize, the common thread in everyone’s questions revolved around how to successfully find work or launch new services that are truly aligned with their authentic selves, their unique soul journey, and their heightened awareness—within the constraints of the current system and without compromising themselves or their lives.

The core question I heard was:
How can we successfully navigate today’s world as we experience it from a place of heightened awareness, without compromising who we are, while fully unlocking and successfully realizing our creative potential and wisdom?

This is precisely the intention behind creating this space and the Heart-to-Heart initiative as a whole—to support those who are awakening, feeling alienated from many aspects of the current reality, yet still yearning to live fully, without locking themselves away from the world or shying away from realizing their potential.

Following are some key insights from the three different mini-Systemic Constellations we did, seen through the lenses of my awareness and interpretation. They came through the inquiries of different people but I am sharing them here together because I feel strongly that they resonate with everyone who wants to realize their true potential professionally from a state of heightened awareness.

1. We’re enough as we are, plus no one knows better what’s best for us.
   We already know what we need to know and the next step is not hidden behind another course, tool or teacher. This doesn’t mean we stop learning—nor could we, as learning is a natural, ongoing process. We just need to stop thinking that answering our calling requires yet another course or tool to master. We are enough just as we are. Plus, there is always a danger that whatever course we go to, even when it sounds new-paradigm like, there is a great chance it sounds new but it’s deeply rooted in the old paradigm.

2. Aligned with our soul’s essence, but also with our body, and grounded.
   This message came in different forms, but the essence was about staying connected to our bodies and healing our connection with them. Whatever we are meant to do in this world flows through the body. It felt like a call to fully open—through all our senses and chakras—to life. The image that came to mind was of a tree: deeply rooted and nourished through its roots, and yet flexible and dancing with the flow of life.

3. We don’t need to wait to fully heal before we make our first move.
   We are never fully healed or fully ready. The only thing we need to commit to is to keep healing and keep learning. Whoever comes to us will be those we are ready for. And as we keep moving forward, we will magically attract new people and leave behind others.

4. The new paradigm does not divide teachers from students as the old one did.
   We are teachers for the things we have realized, and we are students for the rest. No one knows it all or needs to know it all. Teachers are not larger-than-life figures with millions of followers. Teachers are all around us, just as students are. And we are both the teacher and the student.

5. Potentialities are already here and available to us—it’s up to us to see them.
   We often think that external circumstances need to change for us to access opportunities. We were reminded that’s not the case. Potentialities already exist in the present moment. The question is which ones are we going to see, and that depends completely on the inner work we do, and how open we are to experience the present moment and tune into the potentialities opening for us. Busyness, addictions and advices coming from the old paradign, and all kind of intellectual pursuits only hinder the process.

6. The relationship of us and what we are called to do feels like a love-affair .
   Our calling is deeply intertwined with our soul’s journey and who we are at our core. It lights us up and makes us feel that anything is possible—much like the feeling of falling in love. However, becoming overly focused on this can alienate the people we are meant to serve. And that brings us to the final point.

7. No matter how serious it seems, what makes things work is playfulness.
   Nothing truly impactful or inspiring can come from a place of heaviness, drama, seriousness, obligation, “must,” “should,” or “this is how it’s done.” Playfulness and lightness are the keys to bringing what we have to offer into the world in a way that is successful and resonates with others.

Special Opportunity

I am currently assembling small groups of four participants to engage each in a series of four transformative Systemic Constellation sessions online in the month of February and beyound. The times will be set based on time zones and availability.

Each participant will have the opportunity to explore a deeper personal issue during one of the sessions based on a preliminary questionnaire they will fill, while also benefiting from working with the inquiries of others and the additional group work and assignments.

The commitment involves four sessions withint a period of four to five weeks, each lasting two hours, so a total of 8 hours for the fee of 250 CHF. The series is designed to facilitate profound individual insights and healing, while fostering a supportive group dynamic that enhances the overall experience.
