Excellent excellent excellent. Thank you.

I would only add a Rule of Thumb 👎🏼👍🏼 of Noticing the Body Sensations when encountering ideas, opinions, influences. What is happening in the body? It gets subtler and subtler, and is a surefire way to know if it is Moloch or Truth. (Of course, this goes along with your discussion of expansive or contracting energies!)

Thank you, Erin! And I love your clarification. I was also thinking while writing that the differences between being stuck and sticking to something important are sometimes so close and could be easily mistaken. Learning to differentiate is part of mastering our Human Advantage!

This article is pure gold! I'm sending it to people I know who may feel confused by my changes. You have just described the architecture of our times. By understanding the 'third group' we can start to see the subtle machinations of how wealth and power are siphoned out of an unsuspecting community while community members mistakenly blame each other for supposedly errant beliefs. This is how cognitive dissonance works and why it is used.

It also distills key talking points for me.

Thank you.

Thank you, Mia ! I am glad it resonates with you and you find it to be meaningful. Knowing that supports me to keep writing! And yes, understanding the differences between being stuck and sticking to something that needs to be preserved are critical. It's very easy to confuse them and misinterpret them. And yet, there is a world of difference between them.
