Thank you reading. 🙏What do you think is most difficult to digest?

Life happens as me.

Yep, "life happens as me" is the most difficult as it is furthest away from our understanding of reality.

All things are together in one PLACE

Each thing is moved thru NATURE’S pattern

SIGNALs give direction. 🔁

The whole divides in to parts. 🧬

The parts move around and in and out of each other.

.

Like WATER 💧 flowing 💦 in rivers and oceans 🌊 and changing into vapor 💨 and snow ⛄️❄️and ice 🧊.

The water flows in and out of creatures 🐿️ and plants 🌱.

.

Every part is flowing, 🔄 and spiraling 🌀 🌪️round and round. 💫☄️🪐⛈️🦠🧬

Things unFold 🌱 then enFold 🍂 .

Everything in the UNIverse fits 🧩 because

each part belongs to the ONE whole patterned song 🎻 and dance 💃🏻 🕺🏻

This is a beautiful model of the self's relationship with consciousness. I may reference it often in the future... 💚

I sometimes wonder if there is an option 5: "Life happens." Full stop.

Even unity implies a possibility of non-unity, which is only a conceptually existing idea. No matter how we slice it in our minds, there is only one Universe doing one thing: becoming, being, dying.

Ok, that's three things, but only because our language doesn't have a word that captures all 3 in one idea 😂🤔

I am glad you find this model useful- I myself keep quoting it ever since I found it. It simplifies complexity to something relatable which on a subject such as consciousness is very useful. Of course, its not perfect, and as you are pointing, there will always be things left out due to the simplification. I love your contribution: ""Life happens." Full stop." Beautiful! Thank you so much for reading and commenting!

this is wrtten so succinctly. thankyou and it resonates, I became very proficient in the by me mode and it took me along time and a lot of work to reconise the thread of panic that fueled it. I work with defense archetypes loosely based on Wilhelm Reich's work and its very similar, and most importantly a dance as you said, we have to get over the desire to go through the stages and arriving at a destination….or perfecting lol.

being able to track and reconise what we are embodying does give the freedom to make different choices, to respond in unusual or new to us ways that create openings and exercises those through me and as me muscles.

Absolutely. I also spend considerable time at the "by me" stage and I am grateful for a lot of things it taught me... but it took away a lot of things as well. Then, just as you mention, I also got sucked in idealizing the destination. Currently I enjoy not idealizing any one of these stages. As I recognize and accept all of them, life makes more sense and goes easier. Thank you for reading and commenting, Natasha!

An experienced friend recently expressed appreciation for deep interaction with AI as a way to explore reality. And I notice more and more videos on youtube which are giving powerful sermons that clearly come from AI - ask a question and get AI to answer and record it for you. You could get answers from any of the levels of consciousness in whatever level of depth you like.

But consciousness is not words or data points. AI is zeros and ones forever. Mistaking the sequence of zeros and ones for consciousness is a primary category error about who we are. Intelligence is inrinsically present and relational and AI is neither.

This will be so tempting to people to think that they are wise or conscious because AI told them some wisdom. They'll never be able to use it in any way that matters. No. Far better to take a real question to a skillful living consciousness (like Natalia) and relate to it. Nothing's worth important

than upgrading your consciousness.

100%! The people, who cannot explain what consciousness is, have been the first to consider AI conscious. Thank you for your comment, Andrew!
